- Contest form are available at display shelves at major hypermarkets as well as at OLDTOWN White Coffee outlets in Malaysia.
- Answer a simple question on the form and fill in your details.
- Attach 2 barcodes of Poly Bagpacks or 3 barcodes of Box Packs and mail the completed contest form to the stated address.
